Lifting smell from carpet

Can anyone recommend something to lift smell from a carpet? Our dog has had a dodgy stomach for a couple of days and I've tried the vax, bicarb of soda and white vinegar but the smell is still very much lingering.

Dr Beckmann carpet cleaner. It's in a bottle with a brush head and you can get it from Home Bargains, B & M kind of shops. It has always worked wonders with potty training etc.

Rug doctor do a pet eliminator spray which is brilliant but you might need to hire a proper extraction machine if the stain and mess has gone right down the pile as it's hard to get out without a machine ie. Rug doctor hire.

You could try a mix of 10% bio washing powder/liquid in water? The enzymes in the bio wash will help with the biological nature of the stain.
