Any real people sold with House Simple?

I've read through their website, and it sounds pretty good. I've googled reviews, but I'm never sure whether they are true or not (nasty suspicions mind me).

I wouldn't use their conveyancing service, just the estate agency bit. Our house would probably sell for around £250k, and I'm realistic about that. I don't want unrealistic valuations, but I would like lots of viewings.

Give me the lowdown!

Don't know about sold, but we viewed a property once through House Simple. The agent arranged it by phone, it was confirmed online on a dedicated page for buyers, and then the vendor showed us round. They called later to get our views. They have quite a good online platform. Can't say more than that.

MIL and DM both sold with House Simple. Great communication and online system. We sold with Turtle Homes within 3 weeks on a £200k home. Laura and Richard were great and really helpful.

Where most people find their home via Rightmove, if you can arrange to have decent pics done yourself, are available for viewings and can write a decent description - the traditional agent is unnecessary imo.

£500. They sent a pro photographer. We wrote our own Rightmove blurb.
House was in a liked area but not crazy popular, 3 bed detached. Priced to sell rather than optimistically!
3 easily arranged viewings within 2 days on right move. Sold to the first people who looked round!
Would definitely recommend (not the conveyancing though - the reviews for that are poor - we used a proper local solicitor and London and county for mortgage)

Yes we did it - paid about £500 for six month plus photographer - better photographs than estate agent and sold above asking price within a week - house had been on market for several months with 2 failed purchases with regular agent . Would use again
