What's cheaper, laminate or tiles?

I fancy the look of a nice, decent looking laminate for my kitchen (not the cheap looking stuff) but the stuff that looks like real wood. I think it's warmer than tiles.

It is cheaper to buy and lay than tiles ? I suppose it depends on square footage and price. I'm on a bit of a budget.

What is your budget? Might be easier to suggest things to you that will fit the bill then. Some LVTs could work in a kitchen too.
