So we decided on an estate agent to sell our house over the weekend, although I always had a niggly feeling they weren't quite right tbh.
He came to take photos but didn't produce a contract and seemed hurried and a little agitated with my questions, which has compounded my concern that I don't want to use them. If this is a sign of what it'll be like throughout the process.
He also backtracked a bit on promises he made before.
He says he'll get the contract over today and i now definitely don't feel happy about putting this in their hands. I might be wrong but it's how I feel.
AIBU and completely out of order to pull out at this stage and go with another agent?
Considering photos have been taken? Although nothing has been signed. Is that normal procedure? Am new to all this!
