Replacing bathroom suite but not tiles

walkinganhouraday · 25/02/2017 21:26

Is it possible to remove an entire bathroom suite with minimal disturbance of the surrounding tiles?
I'm hoping that if we buy a new suite with exact same measurements that this can be done.

If your tiles have been correctly fixed in place and water hasn't got underneath them, then you shouldn't have a problem.
You will need a sharp Stanley knife to break the silicone sealant but be careful removing the bath. It will most probably have brackets fastened to the wall under the tiles.
Good luck.
