My daughter had interview last week and is waiting to hear if she's been successful, she called them today and got told the reputation form is with manager for approval, is this good news?

Hi, I hope your daughter is successful.Fingers crossed! We have our telephone interview next Tue and am very excited but apprehensive as I don't know what it involves. Could you possibly advise what some of the questions where your daughter was asked?
