We've decided to sell our beloved bungalow as we've out grown it ðŸ˜
I'm out estate houses are slow the maximum they've sold for is £140,000 this in mind they're all 'old people' bungalows we've had a few valuations and estate agents seem to be fighting to have ours on there books, this, I think, is because ours isn't your ordinary bungalow, we have 3 double beds where the rest on the estate are two bed, max 3 and I wouldn't class it as a bedroom really, more a study. We've extended massively had new windows, roof, electrics, plaster, new heating system, new top of the range kitchen with Range master and granite work tops, tiles through out, floors filled in, new alcatraves, door casings, doors, Indian stone drive and back garden, literally everythinh you can think of. We got lots of 'wows' from the valuers and they've valued it between £160,000 - £170,000. My concern is its a very modern take on a bungalow so will this attract the right people!? Any thing else I can do to attract the viewers? I'll try to add some pics that I've taken so give me your honest opinion I won't be offended in the slightest!
