Any advice on how to cope with this? We have 10k at a push and the property's going for over 107k.

I'm on maternity leave just now but the house is perfect!! 3 beds which is great with 3dcs right across from their primary school too.

But I'm bricking it. It's such a big deal and what if we can't get a less than 90% mortgage. I really want this house, I want to be settled and just be able to breath knowing we won't need to move again. Just need some major handholding

Good Luck OP, I hope you get it. I don't see why not if your credit ratings are ok. Fingers crossed for you x

We bought a house for £195,000 with a £10,000 deposit. This was last year so it can be done. Good luck!

Thanks everyone, we put in an offer just over asking but think it'll probably go up to its home report valuation when that's knocked back. There's lots of interest but I'm keeping everything crossed
