Does anyone have any experience of Apollo Magna worktops?

I'm on a tight budget and can't afford solid stone.
These look like a better compromise than laminate.
Has anyone used them before?

I have apollo magna in the rental apartment I am currently living in.

Its not my choice of colour (sparkly brown), but its relatively easy to keep clean.

Im not a fan of how shiny it is as it always needs buffing up otherwise you can see streaks after cleaning it.

We are moving into our house that is having a new kitchen going in and we went for a honed matt stone for that reason.

I like the sound of it being ready to keep clean but not so much the need to buff. Can it just been polished with an ecloth?
