Has anyone purchased a house with a AOC (agricultural occupancy condition)
We are currently looking at a property with this restriction, DP is in horticulture so it seems we would meet the criteria....but I'm wondering how you went about proving your 'ag' credentials to the council upon purchase??
I would hate to get so far and then realise we could not provide enough supporting documentation!
