i had windows fitted at my garage double glazing on the 6/01/17 . I asked for a Fensa certificate after instalation and the fitter told me it will take 6 to 8 weeks .I still havent received it

You can check on the FENSA website whether there is a certificate and you can order a copy if you need one sooner.

Yes check on the website and give your installer a call if it was never recieved as there's a charge for another copy i.e if you had one and lost it.

We recently moved and had to chase up one from about 6 years ago. You could see it listed on the website so our installers just gave them a prod and a cert appeared in about 2 weeks.
