What is the quality like at soak.com?

Just that really. My next project is the small downstairs cloakroom and I really like this: soak.com/victoria-toilet-&-600mm-melbourne-floor-standing-vanity-unit--earl-grey_p31371185.htm

Is it too cheap to be any good?

a friend recently used them and said she wouldn't recommend them.

They had issues with bath having a crack and it wasn't noticed until the protective sheeting came off, by which point the bath had been installed (they recommend you install them with the protective sheet and remove after).

I have this in cream. It's fine, quality is reasonable and it looks good. I'd rebuy it if I needed to replace it

Thank you both. There are a lot of bad reviews but I think I'll take the chance and order it.

Cujo, do you mind my asking if you ordered their brand of mixer tap or if you purchased elsewhere?

One more question, is the toilet seat plastic?

Soak.com is an awful company. Complaint not resolved after 4 months.

Faulty sink and awful customer service.

The staff do not have a clue about the products and will look to blame your installer if all else fails.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
