Moving an American style FF

Our FF is plumbed in with water and ice dispensers. We need to move it to a different part of the kitchen and obviously until it is re-plumbed in the new location we won't be able to use the dispensers. Is there anything else we need to be mindful of? I'm assuming the fridge and freezer will work as normal whilst it isn't plumbed in. Or am I wrong?

we used ours for about 6 months unplumbed before our kitchen was knocked through
