Property we hope to purchase had a fire, what should we ask?

We only found out because we put the street into google and on the 4th page- there it was photos of the house with fire crews outside.

There's no evidence of it now. It appears it was out within 30 min of fire crew arrival according to the newspaper. But what questions would you want to ask?
Apparently there was no one home at the time of the fire....
