Considering creating a separate annexe using our garage and part of the footprint of the ground floor - utility room, garage and large front reception room.
Any ideas on a rough estimate of cost. Garage is brick built with a flat roof so I would alter the roof to raise the ceiling height.
House is maxed out on permitted development. Would I need planning permission for it?
