Hi we are very interested in buying a house off plan from the new story home development in our town. I've never been a fan of new builds but these particular houses have more character and from what I have seen a lot higher quality materials are used. Has anyone bought a story home and can share their experience? There does not seem to be much on the internet about them. Thanks
