Hello, i'm eligible for a grant to have a gas connection to my two bedroom flat. Was just wondering how much value this would add to the property? It currently has electric wall heaters . I am also eligible to have gas central heating installed although will not be able to have it done before the fund runs out, annoyingly! although this is a possibility in the future. Any idea how much a) just the gas connection would add if it were never to go any further, i.e. No central heating installed. (In case this never happens) and b) both the gas connection and gas central heating installed? The flat is currently worth £110,000 as it is.
