Is there any device that would make a straight sided bath comfortable?

We've recently updated the bath to a double sided bath with central taps which seemed a good idea but the reality is it's extremely uncomfortable. Does anyone have the same and has found a pillow or wedge or something that allows you to recline at all?

Sorry SFZ, hope I haven't gotyour hopes up - I'd love to know this too. I'd love to know the answer to this too! I cannot relax in our similar bath without almost drowning as its so long & deep I can hardly keep my head above water! I've looked for something to 'shorrten' the bath, and am still trying to find some sort of head/ shoulder cushion that is actually comfortable!!
