kitchen taps

please mumsnet answer me a simple question
are all taps 1/4 turn these days, as I don't like 1/4 turn (i forget and drench myself when i turn them on full not off)

all i was is a monobloc cross head kitchen tap with a lovely 'u' curve in the spout.

Short answer, no. All lever taps or 1/4 turn but you can still get the normal/traditional taps.

phew thanks, i was worried as the tap brochures didn't list it as a "thing".
