Kitchen paint colours to go with green range

Hi, I could really do with some advice please as I don't have an eye for colour and have been puzzling over this for ages.

We just had our kitchen replastered and so now need to paint the walls, and will be repainting our cabinets as well too. Our range is green - I think the colour is called British Racing Green although what kind of racing a range is meant to do I'll never know. Our countertops are a kind of a dark greyish brown and the floor tiles are green with hints of greyish brown.

I'd like the walls and cabinets to be quite light and neutral with enough of a difference in tone between them that they're clearly not the same colour as each other. DH's only request is that neither the cabinets nor the walls be poo-coloured! Apart from that we're both clueless.

I'm somewhat familiar with Farrow and Ball colours so any suggestions within their range would be great but I'm not dead set on using them. I don't really like colours that are too creamy/magnolia-y so does that mean I want cool colours? Would cool colours go? Thanks in advance for any advice!

How much sunshine or light do you get in?

If you want a "kitchen" paint you could go with willow tree (which is green Dulux) or a pale grey or you could go way out and choose bright colour

Don't know f&b paint colours off top of head

How much wall is there to paint?

The kitchen ones are supposed to be washable and grease resistant

Absolutely love your range cooker/hob SmileSmileSmileSmile

If you want a green paint I like

COOKING APPLE GREEN from the f&b website

Thanks RTKangaMummy! I like your pale gray idea. Definitely not wanting a bright colour and no more green though.

Oke doke but hard to work out which one from website so think get some tester pots and paint several squares on different walls to see how colours and shades change during day and in artificial lighting

Good luck SmileSmileSmile
