"Andrew Jaynes" for double glazing?

I'm looking at swapping my slightly rotten old single glazed sash windows for new timber double glazing.

I've had lots of quotes for different specs, timber types, etc and am leaning towards one from andrewjaynes.co.uk. They're based in Kent but seem to cover the wider south east of England.

However, I can't find much feedback about them on the web. Has anyone here used them?
