Just been reading some useful threads of shared ownership but I wondered if anyone could answer a question, as a bit confused about how it works.
Help to buy have shared ownership properties advertised on their website. There are also loads of shared ownership properties on Right Move. Are these different? Are the ones of HTB owner by LA/HA and those on right move different?
If anyone has any experience or advice, it would be greatly appreciated!
