Hiya, we now have a planning permission for a single storey back extension on a three bed semi. Need a reliable builder, can anyone please help? The builder we thought we would use made a few blunders on some other jobs we commissioned and are starting to lose our trust in him. Any other extension related advice would be welcome :-)
