Hi. We have just got planning permission to ad and extension on our bungalow and knock through to create an open plan space. The quotes from builders seem enormous and DH reckons he can do it far cheaper himself but I am not convinced!!! I really don't want it to drag on for ages and ages. Realistically how much a sq metre am I looking at?
