Who do I call? A builder?
My window sill (the top one not the bottom) is leaking when it rains. It's not through the window frame,it's through the plaster. We moved in in march and haven't had much rain, so only found out now. Don't think it's the gutter because the bedroom window above is fine.
I could do without a huge bill for this right now.
