Anyone used OpenRent to rent out a property?

I was just wondering if anyone had had experience of using OpenRent to rent out a property? Many thanks.

Yes, it was quite easy and straightforward. I just used the basic package.

Thanks lalalonglegs. Did you have an Open Day for viewings or just select from people who were interested in seeing the property?

I would have preferred an open day but it was a difficult time of year (just before Christmas) so it ended up being odds and sods but I did find a tenant. I recommended to a friend and she ended up with 20 people viewing in a morning and the first person through the door taking it. The trick, imo, is to price slightly below the local market rent and you will get a lot of interest and can pick and choose.
