My and my OH have just bought 'the ambrose' from Keepmoat, we have bought off plan and are terrified the house is going to be too small. It's me him and the baby. Does anyone have one and is there space to swing a non existent cat?

It looks a reasonable size ! Don't fret !
If you have loads of clothes and don't often have stay over guests - I'd suggest you and OH have bedroom 2 and use bedroom 3 as a walk in wardrobe - then put baby in bedroom one and use it as playroom and bedroom ... although if baby really small still - maybe start with them next to you in bedroom 3 !

We're thinking of putting baby in bedroom 3 and then using second bedroom as a guest room. Then the dining room as a playroom for the baby. It's too late to pull out so looks like we're stuck there Confused

Hi,

I have the Ambrose, it's a good size, the kitchen is large and open plan, the master bedroom is a good size, the second bedroom also a good size and then one box bedroom which we manage to fit a 3/4 bed and a bedside table in. The living room is a little on the small side but with all the light from the french doors and the window it can seem bigger than it is, we also spend alot of time in the kitchen especial when entertaining as it is such a social space.

The bathroom is a little on the small side but this is made up by having a downstairs toilet too.

Hope this helps
