Buying a house from executors and there is apparently a covenant stating we have part ownership over the back Flint wall. No one can find covenant.
Anyway. Anyone have an idea how much repairs cost per metre or something?
In other news we last found out all the previous owner did to the property in the 18 months she owned it before dying unexpectedly. Will be lighting a wee candle for her when we move in :(
