Spotted a really nice house that would suit our situation.....
Looking in right move it was added to the market in April 2016 with agent A (can't see original listing price), it was then re listed with Agent B in October stating offers over, the reduced by agent A in November to the same price as Agent B but with no other wording....
We can make a make offer of £175k, but the property is on for £185k....as it has been on for 7 months do you think they would consider a large drop in price?
