Advice on sink and taps

I need to get a sink for a new kitchen in a house which is going to be rented out. I'm thinking of this sink www.screwfix.com/p/franke-ascona-inset-sink-s-steel-1-bowl-860-x-510mm/79251 and these taps www.screwfix.com/p/swirl-ceramic-disc-mono-mixer-kitchen-tap-chrome/10724 What do people think? Decent price for a decent product or am I spending too much on a rental property? Thanks.

Tap looks fine for me but sink looks a bit pricey for what it is imo (but maybe I'm just cheapskate). This one's on Homebase-
