Fake grass under the trampoline

We are planning on laying fake grass in our garden but have a trampoline on one side which DS says will flatter the grass that will be under its four long leg panels and never recover when the trampoline is eventually outgrown and removed.

Does anyone have any experience of this please?
We keep the trampoline to one side of the garden all the time (we are on a corner) so that it's away from our neighbour so moving it regularly won't be an option.

TIA

I would also like to know this, and about putting climbing frames and other items on top of it too!

I've just done a quick search for you, and there's a post from 2013 where another user has said their dad has Sowgreen with a trampoline on top and it hasn't dented? Perhaps worth a google!

Thanks Sara. I'll see if I can find some. Reviews for Sowgreen.
