Solid wood version of Kallax

Does such a thing exist? Ikea was doing a solid wood range called Nornas which is similar to Kallax but in unfinished pine, but it's out of stock and possibly discontinued :(

Anyone seen something that would fit the bill?

The only thing I would say is that kallax is heavy on a large scale ( eg 4 x 4 or 5 x 5) so a solid version would be crazily heavy!

I'm after a 2x2 or 4x2 unit to use for storing our record collection rather than one of the huge ones

However I read a blog from someone who'd gone for an $800 upmarket equivalent and he reckoned everyone assumed it was expedit. Of course you buy for your own satisfaction not your vistors'.

Now thinking a Hemnes console table might work if the bottom squares fit the ikea baskets?
