This is my first time posting so sorry if this is in the wrong place.
Me and my partner attempted to buy a house in the summer but got rejected as I am an NQT therefor my job is permanent but on probation so to speak. Though upsetting at the time we quickly got over it until i discovered that I was 10 weeks pregnant in September. At the moment we both live with our parents but we are engaged and have been together five years so are stable. We have £16,000 for a deposit and savings to cover mortgage and bills while I am out of work. Though we have not publicized to the mortgage brokers that I am pregnant. My partner works full time and earns £22,000 a year and I earn £22,500 a year. Have we got any chance of getting a mortgage before the baby arrives in April or do we need to look at other options?
