Jeezo, I wish we could have a disclaimer somewhere stating the very obvious fact that London prices are exponentially inflated. I can't believe that so many people are shocked about this . Has always been thus and yet on every London thread people weigh in with astonishment.

If you take a look at Brookes Estate Agents current website, this flat is not listed so think it is an old listing from 2013.

Is it a repossession? Some banks sell repossessed properties for the outstanding mortgage figure.

I would guess it's got a short lease, maybe nearing or below the 80 year point, which is when it gets a lot more expensive to renew.

The two bedrooms are perfectly fine for single beds i.e. a family.
Size is fine for a 3 bed too.
It is 2x toilets - not one in the bathroom.

But PickAChew ha explained the pricing anomaly anyway :-)

It is a 3 bed flat, not a house. And a perfectly acceptable size for a 3 bed flat.
