After a weekend from hell being poorly I hospital, we've just accepted a really good offer on our house - over the asking price! It turned in to a bit of a bidding war in the end which I feel a bit bad about for the people buying. I can't believe it's sstc though. Now we just have to find somewhere to live 
there were a couple places we had our eye on and going to look at one of them tomorrow but it's very expensive (right at top of our budget) and needs a lot doing to it to make it perfect, and another one that I really liked has sold this morning. There's not a lot out there in our price range where we want to move to at the moment. Is anyone in a similar place?
