So having previously posted about nothing on the market I am interested in a house which, as the title says, has LPG CH and an electric Aga.
Are we going to be on our arses paying monthly bills? I have looked back through previous threads on LPG but they seem to be from 2008-2012 and since then prices will have gone up. On another thread someone said they were paying £4k a year running an electric Aga.
There is another hob/oven in the property so I could be turned off over the summer but still wouldn't make the winter months any cheaper.
There is a stove in the living room which would be priority for heating the living room but I appreciate it wont heat everywhere.
Any tips/advice/rough quarterly payments would be really appreciated.
