Free loft & cavity insulation, what's the catch?

Just had door to door offering free loft & cavity insulation, apparently it's grant funded so they claim the money back from the government.
The company name is ECOCS.
Do I go ahead with it or not??? They are due to inspect next week.

If the company checks out then go for it. Sometimes the energy providers will do it free as part of their green responsibilities.

A quick Google will tell you if their charlatans.
