Homecare Agreements

We have always had a homecare agreement with British Gas and on the whole have been happy.

Sadly the service from the local Dyno rod firm that British Gas uses for plumbing and drains is appalling.

As a result we are thinking of switching to another provider, that doesn't use Dyno rod.

Just wondering what other people's experiences have been with other providers.

How unfortunate, like you we have had BG home care for years and only used it for a broken pump, many years ago. However, last week we had a blocked drain and called upon the home care agreement, not really knowing what to expect. We were given a time for Dynorod to appear, they rang up when they were on their way and took 5 mins to sort the problem, tested it and were gone.
They are franchised, so maybe your local one is not so good.

I think it is this particular franchise that is the problem. Previous experience of Dyno rod in a different area was very good.
