Can anyone recommend a reliable builder that's not going to cost the world. Thinking of doing work, I'm a first time buyer, so budget isn't massive but looking to knock a wall down to make all in one kitchen / lounge, but just want to get a estimate to work out if it's a pipe dream or something I can do.
