Moving to Sandwich?

Hi all

We're thinking of moving to the Kent coast line and so far Sandwich seems to be our first choice.

Is it good for families, as we have a ds 2.5 and a dss who comes eow who is 10?

What is the commute like to Canterbury on the bus?

Any thoughts on areas and are the schools good, they seem to be good on the Ofsted reports.

Lastly is it friendly, as we won't know anyone when we move, is it easy to meet new people?

Any thoughts welcome.

Hi My name is Anna - mother or 2 boys and live in Cheshire. I work for The Open Accommodation Bureau, we are the official rental agent renting out private homes during the Open Golf Championship. In 2020 the Open Championship is being held in Sandwich, Kent at Royal St George Golf club.
I am looking for someone who leaves in the Sandwich area who would be interested in working part time for a year veiwing and photographing properties. You really need to have experience in the property business either having worked for an Estate agent or letting agent or similar.
