House re-modeling...in need of good builder advice

hello posters. We're about to tender for a ground floor remodelling including conservatory. Finding a good building company seems to be a lottery as we are quite new to the area (North Surrey). Grateful for any recommendations.

Have you looked on check a trade?

Put this in "Property" , lots of advice there.

Have you got an architect - they might know some reputable builders .
