Anyone done one recently?
It's currently a useless damp storage/ workshop space. It could do with extra head height perhaps 2/3 foot. I'd love to convert it into a bedroom with ensuite and a little snug. How much should I be budgeting? It's 510sqft. And we're not in London but close enough to pay London prices.
