We are going to view a house tomorrow and I have a feeling we are going to fall in love with it.
There is a lot of work to be done on it - decor and building work but the potential, for us, is huge
It has been on the market 12 months and haven't seen it "under offer" at any point. it has dropped in price twice in the 12 months a total of 14%.
If we do offer it would be 10% under the current asking price. Is that taking the mick seeing as though they have already dropped so much?
We actually cant afford the asking price, we can go up to 8% under asking. :/
