We like this house. There are slim pickings in our search areas atm and we need to but in next two weeks or not at all due to primary school application deadline so we can't wait it out for further properties.

The problem is, they have converted the double garage into a bug living room and we really need a garage. Could anyone sat how easy and costly roughly it would be to turn half the room back into a garage? So would need a dividing wall I'm addition to the outer work. Any thoughts?
It's already at the top of our budget so need an idea of how feasible it is before viewing.
