What the fuck is that knife room!? My DP and I are estate agents and we have sent this round the office! We get a bollocking for taking photos with the bins in the front drive let alone in a bedroom!!!!

Then the sad little attic rooms.

Those houses are massive on those roads and quite a few have been turned into flats, some are things like a nursery and some are HUGE houses with gates and posh cars :-)

Price seems high for the condition tho.

if you had a bit of cash and a lot of imagination it could make a really lovely large family house.

It does have the potential to be a lovely house but what a lot of work.

Looking at the floor plan there are only 4 toilets.
13 rooms and only 4 toilets. Utterly depressing.
