Shit a brick!! That's horrific Confused

PurpleDaisies · 08/09/2016 22:31

Oh my goodness. I would not like to meet the person that lives in that room.

Twodogsandahooch · 08/09/2016 22:32

You mean the knife room? Bloody hell.

SisterViktorine · 08/09/2016 22:36

That whole house is disturbing and the knife room is downright terrifying.

Where is it?

EnriqueTheRingBearingLizard · 08/09/2016 22:38

Ironic that the photo's watermarked with ideal locations Confused

ftw · 08/09/2016 22:42

Hahahahahaha. Looks like an HMO. Imagine that being your housemate.

Lilmisskittykat · 08/09/2016 22:43

Get the feeling Crimestoppers should be aware... Surely some of that stuff is illegal ??

How the hell could you sleep in that room? I couldn't even look around the house and what if they don't like your offer?!

The bubble wrap in the hall... To be placed on the floor to protect the carpets or to wrap the bodies in afterwards..Confused

NattyGolfJerkin · 08/09/2016 22:43

That is horrifying.

It's in Leytonstone, East London, sister

What the fuck is that knife room!? My DP and I are estate agents and we have sent this round the office! We get a bollocking for taking photos with the bins in the front drive let alone in a bedroom!!!!

BreakfastAtSquiffanys · 08/09/2016 22:55

Kudos to Knifeman.
He keeps his room lovely and tidy

dontwannapullahammie · 08/09/2016 22:58

What a depressing hovel!

ExcuseMyEyebrows · 08/09/2016 23:04

Wheely bin and a load of large plastic boxes... Hmm, anyone reminded of Breaking Bad?

BlackeyedPetitsPois · 09/09/2016 06:32

Come back to have another look - thought I had dreamt this last night!!

The knife room is like Buffalo Bill's boudoir!!

LyraMortalia · 09/09/2016 06:42

It is utterly depressing isn't it.
Firstly the knife room.
Then the sad little attic rooms.
But also, the price for that shit hole.

And in Leytonstone - I had no idea prices had gone crazy to that extent over therE

Those houses are massive on those roads and quite a few have been turned into flats, some are things like a nursery and some are HUGE houses with gates and posh cars :-)

Price seems high for the condition tho.

Agree those sad little rooms with a sink and cooker in - can;t see that building meeting HMO safety rules!

YelloDraw · 09/09/2016 16:32

Only three bathrooms as well - what a grim place to have a bed sit in

SweetChickadee · 09/09/2016 16:37

it's over 2800 sq feet, which is quite big

if you had a bit of cash and a lot of imagination it could make a really lovely large family house.

DesolateWaist · 09/09/2016 17:56

It does have the potential to be a lovely house but what a lot of work.

OP posts:
DesolateWaist · 09/09/2016 17:58

Looking at the floor plan there are only 4 toilets.
13 rooms and only 4 toilets. Utterly depressing.

The room with the frames with lots of photos in...
It is Krays memorabilia... That is a house owner with some serious ishooos
