Mortgage broker recommendations?

Just wondering if anyone has any good mortgage broker recommendations? Ones who can think outside the box a bit rather than sticking to the script?!

We are interested in a quite quirky property, it is above a shop which limits lenders. It is also going to be a BTL so added complication. Thanks.

Alexander Hall in London, they were our third broker who actually managed our complicated situation.

London and Country were brilliant for us. Again, we had quite unique circumstances which meant most lenders wouldn't consider us. They found us a great rate and organised the whole thing. Free, too.
Couldn't recommend them more.

Thanks both. I actually tried L&C this morning and they couldn't help. I was enquiring about getting the mortgage in just my name to avoid tax, but think I've now found a way around this anyway.

Doesn't solve the problem of the quirky property I have fallen for!
