Has anyone bought a barratts home recently?

I own a Barratt flat, in a development completed around 2014. Bought off plan. I rent it out now but did live there for a while. It's good quality and high spec.

They moved about 15 k on basic price but I just went for all the bog standard fittings as I was only buying as an investment. Sorry not to be more helpful.
