We are doing up our bathroom a bit in a hurry. So chose a builder off Houzz and checked a couple of references (one an architect), all good. He has now started and I am having some doubts as the work is not so good.
So tonight I decided to see who posted the references. Most of the "clients" have posted the one reference and nothing else (no activity at all) so I suspect they are fake.
Could I contact Houzz to check? We might get rid of him if he doesn't improve but also want to avoid someone else having the same problem.
What should I do? Would Houzz listen to me?
