Sofa.com experiences please

I am thinking of buying a pair of sofa.com sofas, there are some good discounts with them till Monday. They get good reviews generally however while looking at the sofa.com ebay shop, I have seen some second hand sofa.com sofas, they aren't that old but the cushions look really flat and tired.

So my question is how do your sofa.com sofas look after a couple of years? My current sofas are knackered but they have had ten years heavy use and owe me nothing!

I have three Isla sofas (one of which is 5 years old in navy velvet, two are beige-y linen and about a year old) and a Teddy armchair (also about a year old). I absolutely LOVE them and they have great customer service as well -- our dog chewed up the sofa legs and we were easily able to get replacement legs from them.

They are all super comfortable and even the 5 year old sofa still looks pretty good.

Ordered 5 months ago and still no sofa! No apology from the company. Despite constantly contacting customer services only actually managed to speak to an actual person once who guaranteed would call me back but guess what they didn’t. Requested a refund but no response so drove 60 mile round trip back to store to get money back. Staff didn’t care and said not their fault! Read reviews on Trust pilot. They are showing ads offering delivery for Christmas despite hundreds of customers still without sofas after months and having taken their money
