Renting a flat - no second view

Dear Mums, I need your advice, I'm trying to rent a flat in Guildford and I found one in lindfield gardens. I did pay the deposit, but before I paid it I said clearly that I need to see it for the second time. However, the agent said that I can't see it again before I fly back home. In that case what do you advice me to do.

Thanks in advance,

pretty normal to see a rental flat only once.
esp if it's still occupied and viewing needs to be arranged.
get everything and anything in writing from the agent.

Yes, it is always best to get every in writing when making transactions.
